The TALLAC BOA shoes are designed for Trail and XC riding, combining pedalling efficiency, long-distance comfort and durability. The upper made of Cordura® is breathable and ultra-light, with a seamless welded construction to withstand even the most demanding rides.
In terms of closure, the TALLAC BOA features two systems: classic laces and the BOA system.
On one hand, the traditional lace-up system is equipped with an elastic strap to secure the laces during rides.
On the other hand, the BOA® PerformFit™ Wrap closure with Li2 dial delivers a fast, precise micro-adjustable fit. The Li2 dial, part of the L-SERIES, combines lightweight design with low tension for precise adjustment on low-profile shoes, ideal for demanding riders. Thanks to its multidirectional operation, adjustment is done in 4 steps: push to engage, turn to tighten, turn the opposite way to loosen, and pull to release quickly.
The MaxGrip rubber outsole ensures excellent grip, while the inverted hexagonal pattern at the toe and heel improves traction on foot during climbs and descents. The moulded EVA midsole offers cushioning and foot support.
For comfort, the shoe features an insole with D3O® technology to absorb shocks and reduce fatigue, along with integrated D3O® pads on the instep for extra impact protection.
The antibacterial mesh inner lining helps prevent odours, and TPU protective elements at the front of the shoe guard against mud, debris and abrasion, just like the internal TPU toe reinforcement. The gusseted tongue prevents debris intrusion and ensures a snug fit.
Weighing 424 g per shoe (size 42) and with a stiffness index of 4 out of 5, the TALLAC BOA is built for demanding XC and Trail riders.
